MEET
KEVIN CREED
PRINCIPAL BUILDING CONSULTANT & FOUNDING DIRECTOR
Kevin is a Chartered Building Consultant (MRICS) with extensive experience across Europe and Australia in both project and professional services across all sectors. With over 15 years’ professional experience gained in the consultancy and appraisal of buildings and property related matters, Kevin has had exposure to a diverse range of projects that has enabled him to gain a broad spectrum of professional skills and expertise ensuring he remains versatile to the needs of clients across both the public and private sectors.
Kevin is also experienced in undertaking asset capture and condition assessment services and has acted as project lead on several building condition assessments, planned preventative maintenance assessments and latent defect assessments and reporting.
He regularly provides strategic advice relating to the condition of buildings and their suitability for repair and adaptation in respect of the property life cycle, strategic planning, and legislative requirements. This experience has allowed him to develop his professional skills and expertise to become a well-rounded and versatile professional.
